This collection was inspired by cool and refreshing coastal colors. This flooring was constructed from Tauari, also known as Brazilian oak. This flooring species is very durable with a 1650 Janka Hardness Rating. More protection is provided with the 8 coats of aluminum oxide coating to protect the face of the solid wood planks. These planks 0.75 inches thick, 5 inches wide, and have very lenghts with the longest plank in the carton being 80 inches. The nail down installation method should be used for installation and reccommended to be installed on and above grade. This flooring is recommended to be used for residential and light commercial purposes. This flooring is safe to install indoors and is CARB II compliant and Creenguard Gold certified.
